I've been hearing the same regarding Seattle, that the air is horrid there too.
My weekend was relaxing. Today however i need to get a resume ready, i'm looking for a more steady job now. It will be less pay than what substitute teaching provides but i would get 40 hours a week with benefits. c:
i don't know how they can handle it

It must be awful. I know it's bad here where i live but i dont think we've ever been declared as bad as China. Lots of children here develop asthma, i developed it too but it was from my bout with pneumonia i had several years ago.
Aw, boo. I hope you're feeling better soon! It's nice out here! Just got back from an hour long walk with Nathan C:
Are you wanting to teach full time or leave teaching?
The position I plan to apply for takes me away from teaching. It involves assisting families by providing supportive services and resources. I believe the facility has a daycare too but I would be working as a site/home visitor.
The position might require me to hold parent meetings or short classes to educate parents on maintining well being, parental bonding, etc. I guess you could say to some extend I might still teach. xD
A social work degree might be more suitable, but HR said they would still love to see a resume from me, even with a BA in Liberal Studies.
I hope you get an interview! Does that sound like something you'd be happy doing every day?
Thank you! Yeah it's something I'd like to give a try. I hear students all the time reflect on their home life so perhaps I can bring about a change or improvement.
That sounds like it'd be a neat career to try out!
that's horrible :O asthma isn't all that common around there.. nothing too big.
that's nice, i wish my hubby liked to go for walks.. i love too but not by myself
