I am always amazed at what nurses do...when I had to stay overnight in a hospital last year, I was amazed that the young nurse who was my nurse at night, was still there during the morning...I remember asking her, "Aren't you tired?" I couldn't do it...I also don't like blood and needles...

hello, glad you guys like to talk. I am not a nurse in a hospital but in a retirement home. I work with all kinds of elderly people. Long hours, busy but worth it. To tell you the truth I am no fan of needles to and I can use them. And don't like it at all when I need an injection, etc. lol a nurse who hates needles. Oh and I am from Holland.

then let's chat away. I have 1 cat, a tortoise cat and her name is Meddy. She is from the pound and I now have her for about a year and a half. She is 4 and a goofball. She is my 2nd cat my first Puk died last year of her old age, she was 13 and her time was come. Still missing her.

oh a fellow European! I am from Holland, full Dutch. Thank you, I still think my English can be better. Shift was busy, my poor feet and back. Went to bed after my hot shower around 1am. And up early 9 am as I have hospital appointments all day in another city.

i am not sure to if he said it in the series. I have 4 books, been reading book 4 now. So not up to date with the books, i do with the series. What i saw on facebook (love they have their own page) there will be 6 episodes and they are still filming.

My mom is comming with me so i have someone to talk to :)

Most of the times Morostide starts around 15-16 october, i hope this year they will start sunday or earlier and not next week.

I've got the 5 books for a year or two already, but waiting for GRRM to release the 6th before starting them (plus I still need to finish some books before that!) :P

My sister-in-law's coming to visit for three months, so we're picking her up in Madrid and staying in the city for a few days, maybe visiting Toledo as well.

Understandable. It's a big place...and then, of course, there's more to Holland than Amsterdam. Mum and I went there as part of our backpacking trip through Europe...we went to , Zurich, Lucerne Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris and then ended in London.

London was our big spot, as mum as family there, so we stayed there the longest. When we went to Amsterdam though, we stayed with the Sister and brother in law of one of my mum's friends...they were the ones that warned us about the 'coffee shops'...we found it rather funny.
