[edit] Is anyone planning to buy Firefly Petal Charm from the April collection before the month is up? I accidentally bought an extra one, not realizing that I had the transformed version in my wardrobe already. Blah, car just went in the shop. Hopefully, we'll have it back tomorrow. It failed inspection due to a ball joint. Of course, this is after we got the tires changed, an alignment done, and oil change and the inspection. So yeah... cha-ching :(

I took last Friday off of work to spend most of the day at the RMV. Got my license transferred over from out of state (was about to expire) and transferred over my title and got new plates. Then had to get my car inspected... The RMV is definitely not my favorite place, but at least that's all done!

Work has been crazy this week. My manager is going on maternity leave theoretically starting July 3rd (her due date), but obviously we'll see what happens with that timeline! I'm taking over some of her regular duties while she's out plus dealing with trying to update our data management systems. Fun fun, but at least I'm getting a solid feel for bioinformatics stuff. I was/am debating getting a masters in the subject, but I might try to just take some classes to see if I like it conceptually. It's not bad in practice. I enjoy some of the basic coding, but I don't think I'd want to go into software development.

Anyway, just got home from work and showered. Time to reheat leftovers, sit down for a few minutes, then head to bed before a long day of meetings tomorrow!

Well, I FINALLY saw Rogue One LMAO. We never made it to the theater so we ended up buying it on DVD. I thought they did a good job, although I was a bit lost in the beginning (it just seemed to jump all over the place and I was getting lost). I'll have to watch it again soon.

Definitely crazy, but it's really satisfying to see how much I've been able to do since I started in November.

I've never been a big Star Wars person, but I definitely see the appeal. Glad you enjoyed it!
