I am ok with anything. Categories would be good, price range and layers would be good categories though. Thanks again for doing this!
thank you! :D

No price categories since I'm giving it away! I was thinking people could smail/comment/pigeon me with list of what they wanted & I could ship it out from there. That way no one ends up with a bunk of junk they don't want... Only the junk they DO want! ;)
personally I would go page by page, unless I had a category like "never wear" of...well, stuff I never used. In that case, I'd start there, but otherwise I find I get things mixed up if I don't have them in some sort of order, like alphabetical.
The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group
Sorry I'm a bit slow on the uptake. I'm not understanding what you mean...
If you have a category in your wardrobe of stuff that you know you don't want, that helps simplify matters. Otherwise, I'd suggest going through it page by page -- starting at the end, with Z.
Unless you mean for organizing your shop, in which case WL search works wonders for the rest of us. Might want to separate out things like trunk items, CS stuff, and otherwise hard-to-obtain wears from the restockables and cheap stuff. Other than that I have no suggestions.

💡 Okay -- I thought you were talking about the shop. lol
Good idea to go backwards! That way I won't miss things. :)
g'morning all :D
2 .6M">2.6M 2@ 3M and 4.4M Then gone
1 Then a bunch over 2.1M
2 There are a bunch more 1.6-5M
7 .3M">2.3M 3+ Then gone
Only 4 in the shop search at ~2.5M
8 2 1 Then gone
EDIT: One more Is super deflated right now, there are a bunch , then 400K and up from there.

As for removing from wardrobe - as I'm not interested in reducing my hoard I sometimes sort the "organize wardrobe" page ascending or descending USERPRICE and pick out high value items I don't expect to wear and sell them for some sP while doing minimal reduction to quantity in my wardrobe. You could tweak my method for your use.
Note, when ASCENDING the first items will be high value because the lack of selling data "price 0"
You can hover items on that page and I would bet most of the lowest value items are ones you would seek to remove from wardrobe since you are looking to clean house.
ASCENDING (first items high value, rest junk) - if you have a lot of high value at the top can go to page 2 and then utilize the check-all button https://subeta.net/wardrobe_items.php?removed=true
DESCENDING (money money money) https://subeta.net/wardrobe_items.php?removed=true
The only flaw here would be if this was a long process, prices change over time, and if you leave off on "page ten" well page ten tomorrow might be a different list. Maybe roll through once this way, then when your wardrobe is smaller go alphabetical or something.
THOUGHT NUMBER TWO - SELLING/GIVING I've seen people with TONS of trades - is there even a limit?? If it were me I might just set up a bunch of trades with like items. Maybe copy paste the description as "free for FWSG, willing to break up trade" but for your sanity hope that most people will take the full batch and if they only want 9 of the 10 items they can sort out the item they don't want in wardrobe - sell/frag/gift...
That way no need to clear out shop, it would be a hugely intense process to maintain gallery and pick out items per people's request.
THE END
EDIT - just figured out i have 65 "price=0" items. ooooh ... sell? keep? hmmmm....
hell no I ain't selling Long and Breezy Springtime Locks maybe others though...
You've made some really good points! Your way would save me a ton of effort and lots of time. I just have no way to know that these people are working towards achievements... unless I check out every offer... hmmmm... I'll need to ponder this a bit.
I do find your sorting method to be especially helpful. That will save me tons of time as well.
dang it I wrote a long reply and accidentally navigated away from this page and it is gone. COFFEE then re-write
REWRITE so I learned that using the link I supplied takes you to the right area but the page is back to default - not sorted by user price. This page is a little wonky to learn so here's what you need to know!
Start in the upper left, use the dropdown to change NAME to USERPRICE. Then click CHANGE FILTERS. I know, you reallly want to hit update items, but that is not the button you want here.
ooh you can use the filters here to show a layer only or... items with the word "PINK" in the name! hahaha.
YOU CAN SEE 200 ITEMS PER PAGE sooo I have ... 747 items with the word PINK in them hahaa
After hitting check all OR checking the remove box for select items you want to remove from wardrobe, then hit update items and it will move things to your inventory.
ALSO LEARNED I have over 1600 items valued at or below 2,000 sP. Wow. if it were me (and you are not me, you do however you decide to) I might make my first pass and remove these things and decide, for these, I don't really have time to worry what people are doing with these. That would be 160 trade lots. oh my.
*OR you can quietly say in this thread that people who are looking through your trades include in the message part of their offer that they are in fwsg or something specific to help you. ("THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT!" ?) (must include cat gif in trade offer message!) (hahaha)
if it were me I'd wait until I thinned things out a little and was looking for homes for items valued... whatever seems right to you, over 10k, over 20k, at that point I would want to see in the trade offer they were from fwsg - which wouldn't be too hard to verify, view the forum page, Ctrl+F see if your offerer is in the group: https://subeta.net/forums.php/groups#/members/4755
Maybe use the gallery idea to host items over a certain price point (100k, 500k, whatever feels right to you).

Again with some great ideas! Much appreciated! :) I have a few people from this thread who contacted me -- so I'm thinking I'll take lists from them first and then deal with the leftover stuff. Not sure how long it will take me. I had thought at first this would be a short-term project, but now I'm thinking it's going to be a bit longer. I might just tackle my wardrobe one layer at a time. No need to sort then & I can just dump leftovers in trades or a gallery/shop, or whatever. I can also take breaks between layers so I won't get burnt out.
63 items at 97k I have NEVER seen this item so cheap! Had to post.
