So I'm looking for a background that I know is a CW, however, it wasn't released recently. I don't have an avatar for it and I don't remember much about it, I just know that it's very rare. All I remember is that it had a TARDIS on the left side that was life size (for the HA) and on the ground. No, this bg is NOT from the Spacetime box, I already looked. Anybody know what it's called?

What hair is wearing?

The hair is long and slightly covers the face on the right (our left) side. The hair is multicolored/rainbow. The majority of the hair is pink, but it also has yellow. And there are streaks of green/blue. The roots are green too
