Yep this is the official thread for HA identification (as it hasn't hit 1k posts yet & when it does a new one will be created). It is possible that no one saw this posted (HA is not an extremely active forum/thread) or no one knew what the item was as it may be a bit obscure! I'm sorry you are still unable to find the item.

Right now I can suggest looking at items under the body, necklace, or possibly even shoulder layers for the tattoo!
