Any time they come out with a new wearable from the Alcove, you can expect those tokens to soar to over a mil and to stay there. This is about the lowest price on them I've seen in a year. Also remember that with stuff like wigs & books, you can have lots results with the exact same combos -- so you often need multiple attempts to craft what you're after.

I'm with you on the "buy everything" philosophy. Luckily, nothing in the shop is over R80, so you can get even rare items with relative ease. :)

Definitely interested~ I keep meaning to go through and make a list of the shops and the big finds so that I can refer back to it easily, but it keeps getting overthrown by other "I really should..." things on here, haha. Super appreciative of your posts~

Thank you for your Mystery Box breakdowns! It's really helpful to determine if I should spend time on the box.

What to spend time on is such a balancing act isn't it! Today is a good day for the Box because although the Alchemy tokens aren't all that expensive individually, the shop doesn't have many items so it's very likely indeed that you'll either get something that's worth a decent whack of sP, or you'll spend so little on the item that it's a good investment for fragging. Yesterday and Saturday, although the Candy Shack and Half Baked items are more valuable, the shops are so big that I did more than 400 Box-clicks on both days and got 0 items.

Today is also the penultimate day for buying/throwing Snowballs and buying the other Winter items, and Bonus Weekend just ended an hour ago, and there are all the usual quests and dailies to do, and etc. Right now I've got Avalanche Emporium open in one tab, questing in another tab, browsing the internet in others, a couple of cat pictures, QuickStock and a game on my phone, and two attention-needing kittens IRL 😄
