Hey ! Long time no see! :D

So, I finally finished my master's degree and have some time to be here again. But it appears that my favorite thing is still all messed up. Is there still a way to get back lost achievements? At the time, the only option was to manually go through them to see which were missing as compared to an old achievement list (something that should fall to staff not users, clearly). I didn't have time to do that then but I do now.

But can you still access the old achievements? And what was the process... write a ticket?

& yes write a ticket, there was an automatic rollover link released when they switched the achv system but I believe that might have stopped working? But a UA should be able to fix it for you
