Y'know this game isn't so bad if your only objective is uncovering as much of the screen as possible. Trying to play it straight though is just the worst.

I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think it matters what mode you play on to make the skeletons appear and I do think uncovering ghosts counts whether you send score or not.

I got Quentin on hard and probably got the Mortiking on hard as well, although I think they can appear on any level. I'd recommend hard for Mortiking so you don't run out of shovel points halfway through uncovering it. Spam destroying everything in sight was definitely the right technique for me as opposed to playing properly. xD

Can confirm you do not need to send score for the ghosts to count. I found about 20 or so yesterday before my patience wore out.

Thanks for the info. c: I was playing on easy cause I hardly ever saw ghosts on hard, but next time I work on it, I'll switch to hard for a while and see if I have any better luck.
