thanks :D I shelved the t-shirt for the moment, as I couldn't quite get the neckline to sit correctly (that needs a little more patience), but I did do a "bit" of sewing today (read the bit at the bottom :P)

is zonked I finished the bound hem on the pleather-thing shorts, got the hem done on the purple top (and made a quick belt thing for that), and also made a raglan sleeve top from some stretchy stripey fabric I had lying around gathing dust :P That just leaves the hem on the trousers to go, and I've finally finished! :D ....well, and the photos & blog post :P

laughs I think mizzle is a British weather thing - we get it quite often :P It works really well with the background (and that's a great use of the moon too) :D hehe thanks :D I don't think I've ever used the background before, so I thought I'd try colour matching a bit ;) yawns hopefully next week I can get that last bit of sewing done (this week was the unofficial 6 week deadline for the blog post), so I can get Mum to lend a hand with the photos ;)

I was just about to say the drizzle looked like it was set in for the day.... when the clouds cleared and I can see blue sky laughs Dad's not pleased though, as it means he might have to get some work done on the allotment this afternoon (if it was too damp, he could avoid doing that today :P)

So many characters I cant keep track of them. lol they all look fanastic tho, and have their own distinct look about them, which is not easy to do.

River is an anamgus--Osprey. In Wizarding I won't rp that though because of Magnus lol but yeah she loves birds so I do want at least one bird pet for her.

Cool, I love osprey! :D I haven't decided what Rain's special ability would be, if she had one. I can't RP it in Wizarding anyway, because Keet is an animagus (green imperial pigeon), and we also can't use special abilities for the tournament. o: A bird pet would be cool for her, though! Maybe a jobberknoll? Golden snidgets are cool, but I think they are supposed to be really rare and protected, so I dunno if they would be allowed to be kept as pets? Owls are always good bets too, and there are lots of different kinds. I do, I love all the colors! xD

They are! My in-laws have a shore house in Deleware, and they have an osprey nest in their back yard. It's so cool! I get to see them up really close when we visit. Me too, it wouldn't really be fair for the tournament. It is hard! Well, if you want something specific that isn't on site, I would be willing to take CW tribute suggestions. :D I could work on it after I finish your owl. I still need to fix my fwoopers, and I was considering making an augurey tribute as well. Ooo, is River ready for your birthday tomorrow? She looks great in the rainbow colors! We match a bit. xD
