So, I've been trying to keep up on my exercising, but it's super difficult when my weight hasn't really budged. I think it's due to my lack of decent sleep, but like...if I went to bed earlier during the week I wouldn't see Andrew until Friday night and sparingly in the morning before we all leave. I might just have to say screw it and go to bed, though x) What I'm doing now is clearly not working, so it's time for a change :P

I am not feeling well today, sick. Think it was the shrimp I ate at dinner, went to a restaurant with co-workers. So just checking in and back to the couch with tea and Rest.

always the fish... drat i never get sick from fish. But i had food poisoning. I am on biscuits and tea. That is working so far. I send the restaurant a message. I got back they think my resistance was bad and that is why i got sick.. Hello.. i got foodposioning nothing to do with resistance but with you guys health issues.

how are you feeling now? any more progress getting the restaurant to admit their mistake? I really hope your better.

so sorry you got food poisoning. The response of the restaurant is weird. Yeah, our food poisoned you, but it was your low resistance... Yeah, sure.

Exercise is hard when the results are slow and with women it is often slow. It took like a year for any real weight loss my first go around. The toning and feeling better should show up first.

Still waiting on my new allergy meds to work. Our car when click click dead this morning, but it is under warranty so the dealership took it in to fix and we get a rental, we pay for, on Monday.

Went to a Wendy's one time and got constipated. Took like a year or two to eat from one again.

Yeah, the only improvements I had was being able to ride my bicycle farther and quicker, and the stats my fitbit tracks were improving, but I couldn't like...SEE a difference anywhere. Last time I had exercised, I did, so I'm frustrated it's not working the same x) I'll get there eventually. You're right in that I should give it more time.

That sucks even though it's under warranty the dealership won't help with a rental :( I am glad they will fix the car, though!
