well I am safe for the holidays. so I do have a blockage and he was to do a complete echocardiogram so find out where it is and then after the new year (when all test results are in) I will find out what he's going to do.

Sounds like everyone is looking forward to some holiday prep and rest days. Hope it works out well for you all. I am doing the same. Going to call the doc to get a referral to an ENT doc since the pain between my eyes is persistent.

I have been hoarding quest points too but not really doing much questing until the quest a thon so not much there.

Very early MORRRNING to everyone 😺

So I pretty much slept the entire day away yesterday, getting up only twice to eat s/thing and go back to sleep. And yes, I still slept through the night. That much sleep makes me a VERY achy person, but it will even out after being at work later.
Got plenty of stuff done on Monday as far as cleaning up my stuff out of the living room. Most clothes will just have to be thrown in the attic for now until I can get a hanging bar.

Very glad to see that you'll be able to enjoy the holidays at home. Hope your results are able to be taken care of without surgery.

I have been LOVING doing my quests (about to right now) If you're wondering why I'm up so early, I had to pick up a friend from the airport late last night, so my car was in the driveway (vs. in the 1-cat garage) and I had to let my parents out this morning.. figured might as well have some coffee and just chill. More hours in the day means more hours to watch Criminal Minds episodes. XD

I'm exhausted. So not used to all this running around. Though it might be good for me in the long run. Mom's pretty tired as well. I still have to wrap gifts (I did 95% of the shopping for mom's gifts including for my brothers), not that there are a lot but since it's just me it will take some time. I have rice crispie treats to make, cleaning to do and food prep to help with. You'd think we had a big family. And the doing what's right in front of me is almost harder because at home it's easy to procrastinate but if I head out I can get stuff done. Was going to stay home today to do some of that but I might run out today and get bagels for the weekend (Breuger's has a sale on a dozen every Wednesday) and the few odds and ends we forgot. Or not. lol We'll see.

Look at you guys being morning people today. I went to bed late so I barely dragged myself out of bed, and only because I'm helping at my friend's food pantry in an hour. I have a little hope that means I will go to bed earlier tonight.... but nope, I bet I stay up just as late. Ugh, where's my caffeine?!

Hope it is the less invasive one (can't recall the name), my mom has had stents put in and it's an outpatient procedure so she went home the same day.

if it's the stent replacement in my heart I will have to stay overnight. otherwise, yep outpatient

Yeah, it's the stuff right in front of me that I hate doing the most but I finally got the majority of it done and have a living room that we can socialize in... if my brothers wife will give up the tv they got on black friday. 😞 Tried to tell her that I've never had one in my room (I use my laptop to watch stuff)...let alone a gd 55"!!

Ended up doing mostly nothing at home today. Had to go out and get some things we forgot. I did make the reese's rice crispie treats, just have to put the chocolate on top when it's totally cooled which it should be already. Will be out again tomorrow, lol, picking up some rolls I ordered and likely other items we forgot.

Should be doing stuff but I want to get my quests in before the day is over.

Hi all! Went to see my diabetic dr today (I like this one) and the last A1C I had was a 12 - yikes but down from the 14 where I was really in trouble. Today was a 9. Yippie! She said if I can stabilize at an 8 or under I'm good. Happy with the progress!

Been doing the quests, but why are you hoarding the quest points? Did I miss something? I never hoard them. lol Spend them.

I found this recipe last year and they turned out pretty good. Although, they changed the recipe from last year which is sneaky. I wrote it down and what is there now isn't exactly what I have written.

Good Morning Everyone! I don't think I did to well with the whole sleeping in thing, but I did go to bed at a decent hour, so I think I got plenty of sleep. Today I've got to pack, since we are heading out to the grandparents tomorrow. And have a few other things to get done around the house with us being gone for about two weeks, but I'll still be around most of the day, popping in here and there (after quests are done of course).

Oh, and I just wanted to let everyone know, gifts from me will NOT be under the tree! I will be sending them in wrapped gifts. SO. I'm going to try to send some out on Christmas Eve so everyone has them on Christmas (try and wait to open them), but no promises. Otherwise, they'll come later in the day on Christmas, but they'll come! :D

- It sounds like you're doing fantastic! Keep it up! :D And I don't think we're exactly hoarding the quests points, but when you do so many quests, you often get a whole ton more than you need (and I personally forget to use them honestly). I've also got hoard of Wiz tokens (50k+), just happens.
