How is everyone enjoying Morostide? What do y'all think of the 1 batch of stuff? I love the tailed pumpkin recolors and the haunted wearable animals, the embroidered scraps, the rag dolls (mostly) and the phugs (of course). Bummed no new carved pumpkins. Hoping the lag issues are solved. I had to give up playing and especially posting yesterday for all the forum and lag issues.

Warm and sticky here but a front coming through is supposed to cool things down. Looking forward to decent sleeping weather. Been living on 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night for more than a week.

A reminder - we have a thread in the KS events forum for any event extras you are willing to give or trade with your fellow KSrs. Just post there with a link to your shop extras if you have one. I'm sure we don't really need extras yet since it just started but as one who needs multiple of many things it's never too early to start looking for the harder things to get.

I've been hot since yesterday. The mugginess we've had lately is stifling, even at 72 degrees like it was a few days ago. I don't know if I got myself used to the really cool nights so fast or what, but I'm sweating in this humidity. Saw the front that's coming in and how cool it's going to get. I'll enjoy that.

Picked up 6 new chicks from Rural King yesterday when I went to get some eye drops for my new kitten. Couldn't help myself. They're super small and friendly - unlike the last batch I got (that I ended up giving away). How are yours doing?

They opened the shops but there was nothing new. They are, oddly to me, moving it to summer. Apparently they can't come up with something new for summer. Alegarten in summer makes no sense to me.

Hey, how is the house in NJ? Everything straightened out w/ the roof? How's mom?

Your remainder is 2 and I've added you to the list. There is a new thread with the tot list now. Yesterday the forums went all wonky and posts weren't showing up and edits weren't showing up. It got really frustrating since it happened in the middle of me working on that post which needed editing often.

Not sure about the house. The one leak seems fixed but we think we have either another roof leak or possibly leaky siding now and it's effecting the stove and microwave on one wall. Still need the inside of the house fixed where the original leak happened and then painting from back when Sandy hit. Because of mom's hip surgery we did not stay in NJ long this autumn and we went late. We were only there 2 weeks. If all is okay with mom in the spring we're wanting to head out early (like the end of April maybe) to try and get it done. Our plumber said he knows a handy man he trusts so early next year mom will try to set that up.

Good morning, everyone! Just came back home from having a visit in the old apartment for them to see if all is OK so I can return the keys. Will have their answer this afternoon, it seems. I was surprised! Waking up this morning wasn't that difficult, though I still feel slightly tired. Not that I expected that my sleep would become great from one day to another. But maybe the melatonin is working? I'm hopeful!

Cool night and it was pretty nice. Still didn't sleep a lot but I did sleep better so that's good.

Mom's going to have some tests. Not sure when exactly but she's not been feeling well on and off for since before we went to NJ in September. Been waiting a week and finally just now they called to schedule.

No worries. I'm pretty sure we'll all have extras by the time this is done. I'll surely send you mine once I get the ones I need. I've yet to get any of those yet either.

My mom uses melatonin sometimes, I'm thinking maybe I should try too since my sleep has been so horrible lately.

That is what I do during the week, too! I get up at 5 and out the door by 6:30...bleh :(

Awwww :( Well, I still hope Six comes home. We have our dogs microchipped through HomeAgain. You do have to take them to a vet or a shelter to be scanned, but I don't mind that. Never heard of CuddlesUnited, but definitely going to look more into them, now! We're actually down to about 6 chickens, now :( The last huge heat wave killed the others. A lot of people around here lost chickens. When I picked up some food yesterday, the cashier said that a lot of people were coming in for misters and the like because so many lost some. We've decided after these 6, no more chickens. It's too hot and I don't like losing them when they're not even 2 yet. I'm used to having the same chickens for years and years like back in California. We had over 20 out there...now here...I give up. You will have to share pictures so I can have more chickens through you xD

I didn't think the site worked at all yesterday...every time I checked on it, it was down :( So I went to go see a movie with my sister and do crap around the house, lol. I average five and a half to six hours of sleep during the week, which does nothing for my wanting to lose weight, so I'm going to try to get to bed earlier if possible. Hopefully, we both can start getting some better sleep soon!

Debbie and I went to see the new Kingsman movie yesterday and loved it! Badass cowboys just make everything better xD At first I was skeptical about Kingsman in general, but after seeing the first movie, I had to go see the second, lol. It was actually a very good sequel! Afterwards, I rode my bicycle and improved my time. Came across some kids on ATV's and they were always nice and waved. Yesterday was just frustrating beyond the movie and I needed to just push myself on the bike. Mom just got me really cranky and...yeah...needed space x) I can't wait to move out again.

always nice when you can sleep in. But i still have to work today. From 4:14pm till 11:15pm. 3:11pm now so leaving in 40 minutes.

- I didn't notice you and jersey talking about making Imgur accounts! :P I had to make one myself. I'm slowly getting all my profiles and stuffs over there so they function correctly (photobucket has really annoyed me with this). And I get pleeenty of sleep!

- It's not aaaall bad, I have a break in the middle, just not enough to justify spending the gas to drive home (so I have some Subeta time in the library).
