- Hopefully the lag won't be too terabad once Fireside actually starts today :x I won't hold my breath but it's -currently- better than what it has been. I just did my submissions for the two HA contests gryphongirl has going and it was a lot of fun!

- That's amazing you have exercises that help with your back! I've been in and out of PT throughout my experience but I had two surgeries on my back that were botched so they don't help too much. Currently working on losing weight to help get some of the stress off it and then I'd like to get back into PT to strengthen the muscles

- I completely know your struggle. That's part of my problem too but I just started the program for weight loss surgery which I'm hoping down the line will help with SOME of my back issues. I have to be on prescription medicines to get me through the days but I'm hoping in about another year I can start cutting some of them out.

- Hi, I'm new to the forum group but wanted to say I am so very sorry for your loss! It's never easy to lose a family member regardless of their species. That is so sweet that you made a pet dedicated to her. I can say from experience that you are correct, you will never fully be able to heal BUT the days will get easier and I'm a firm believer in loyal pets coming back to us in another pet or at the least sending a new one our way to help fill the void. Not that they can ever be replaced. I hope you can use Subeta and Fireside as a distraction. Big hugs <3

I have about eight things left that I need from the fireside event. Doing well. At home with dmy's family too. Have my usual thanksgiving sickness. Head is killing me, but food and company are good.

we found a physical therapist that didn't just give exercises but did functional manual therapy as well. It worked really well for my whole family.

I still need so much from fireside but I'm slowly working on it! I can't sit in my computer chair for too long or I have a very hard time getting up and then it takes a good 20 minutes for my back to stop screaming at me. I have honestly never heard of that kind of therapy but I will, for sure, be looking it up! I want to start researching alternatives that can help my pain rather than constantly being on medication for it. I highly dislike how dependent my body has become on it and I miss just being me.

Side note. OMG TOMORROW IS DECEMBER 1ST!! it's been sooooooooooo long since I've been active to do melody's cottage and looking forward to spoiling the kindred spirits peeps ^.^

My dad started chemo today for a spot of bladder cancer. They are pretty sure they will get it and we are all being optimistic.

Sorry not been around much. Besides subeta lagging and killing my wanting to spend time here, seems mostly better finally though not totally fixed, had some car issues unexpectedly and then doing Christmas cleaning and stuff. Really bad this year, only started shopping now. Not a lot to get since we don't gift much or have a big family but still hope to find what I want and can afford.
