I feel ready to get some stuff done today, but I usually do in the morning and it fades throughout the day, lol. Have lots to clean. Being in a funk does nothing for the house. I just now took down my Christmas stuff the other day b/c now it's time for the Chinese New Year decorations that I just put up. 😸

It takes time to adjust... time for your back to remember it's natural position, mild discomfort for a little bit while you're back realigns itself, and before you know it, you're sitting straighter and more comfortable than you have in years. It took quite awhile for me b/c I had so many issues going on, had sat in a crooked position for a long long time and chiropractic care only does so much. (PT as well, which unless you've had an incredibly serious injury is more of a waste of money than I care to admit) Math... damn woman, that's extreme. Proud of you as a woman and a teacher. There's not to many women in that field, overall. It's a daunting subject, for sure. How you have the patience to teach it is just beyond me. ;)

Thank you for the compliment on my previous HA. <3 People don't respond properly to fluctuating weather temps so I'm always careful in a warm building to never touch any area around my face if I haven't washed my hands. (I also dislike the whole antibacterial era b/c it has lowered our ability to accept antibiotics and causes virus to mutate) Take some Vit. C, hang out in the cold a little longer (seriously, it increases your immunity) and blow your nose so your filtration system works as it should. ;)

I always thought your UN was beautiful and I don't remember any disney character being a cow with that name. :(

lol Mine runs a lot at certain times and I haven't figured out the reason, but I know that the body flushes itself and I can more easily stick some tissues in my nose than I can wrap myself in paper towels for all the sweat I exhume. lol (I have hyperhidrosis which I'm ok with except for the fact that it makes me not want to use normal lotions due to the fact that they have ingredients in them that retain moisture, or attract it)

mine is dry sinus and every morning it's blowing blood out . have the humidifier on so after a bit it's okay. sorry to hear about your sweating. I don't sweat and haven't since I had my first heart attack in 2004.

Morning Everyone! It's extremely dreary here today. I think it's supposed to rain all day. sigh I guess it's better than ice, which was what they were calling for.

- This time of year is just classes and babysitting. Definitely the slow time of year (but that's totally okay). In May, classes are over and I'll just have babysitting, but I tend to travel during the time a lot, since no classes. June/July/August is the busy busy time, but love that time. XD

I need to do stuff around the house as well, but never feel like it :( Been too frustrated the past week or so with Mom. Sitting straighter and more comfortable sounds awesome! I've never really had any bad back issues, just some minor pain lately with all the saddle stand work. Riding my bicycle has been helping, though. Especially if I stretch afterwards. We've got 3 female math teachers at school right now, I think? So the numbers aren't too off. Math sounds scary, but after helping some kids in the Help Center, it's not so bad xD I don't dread kids coming in with it, so why not teach it and try to help them enjoy it instead of fear it all the time? You know? I gain patience by frequent use of walking into the hall and screaming xD

Folks..I have some very very sad news to share with you. I just found out, and am in total shock. We have lost Skye_raven, a very special KS member on Feb 2.

I hadn't heard form her for over a week, and I went on to her Facebook page a few minutes ago to see that someone posted she passed away. :( I am beyond words, but I wanted to let you all know.

She will be missed so much. Love you lady, forever in my heart. <3

Oh, that is so sad. Hugs to all Skye's friends. I looked at her page too. Her cousin was the poster. Told dmy other the phone because they were super close thought dmy got busy and I didn't want her to be blindsided.

I can try and answer some questions about Skye,, but I do not have them all. I have msged her friend Billy, but he has not msged me back yet.

For more than a month now she has been fighting the flu that is going around. Unfortunately, she could not afford to got to the drs for help. She hadn't eaten much in that time either. I tried to give her suggestions on things to try while she tried to get better. I checked on her every couple of days, made her laugh told her that she was missed in here, and sent her lots of love. Last time we spoke she said she was feeling better, but was very weak. :( I hadn't heard back from her for over a week, and that is when I checked her Facebook page, and saw the news. :( My guess is that she passed away due to complications from having the flu, but I am not 100% sure.

I have spoken with staff here on Subeta, to see if we can preserve her account name as a memoriam. I have been advised that we can, but that in a yr her pet names will still become available. There are a few steps we need to take, and one of them is to provide a link to the Obituary. I have not been able to find one yet, but I will keep checking.

I did tell her that you all sent her love and well wishes.

You can't believe me but I stare here doing nothing and only thinking to Wanda. She was the first to welcome me when I joined and one of the few that spoke to me beyond the game itself. She was always full of light and love, a generous soul and I can't think she passed away because she hadn't money for the doctor or for treatment. Humanity is lost, I'm angry now...It can't be possible to die because of a flu, because of people indifference. Thank you for telling
