I am ready to spend some time trying to fight Zephyre. - I would love to borrow a second blaster if now would be an okay time for one of you. Tried to fight Zephyre with only my Recycle Blaster and was quickly dispatched! :-)

Thank you! I am now fighting the turret with one of my T4 pets haha. Almost up to 10 wins. The battles take so long because his strength is so low x.x; Then I still have my other T4 to try with, bleh. Just so you know, in all my battles I fought zephyre with Oranos, only one time did I get the double blast of the bombs BUT the second blaster did blast other weapons he used so he didn't do as much damage. I got so frustrated with him that last battle activating that damn curse, I chucked a bunch of dark potions at him xD I even had a life shard and negating pylonic ready to go. I'd be damned if he killed me again when he only had 100 health left.

- it would indeed be super annoying to be killed by that curse wielder when his health was finally so low. Glad you and Oranos managed to avoid such a horrible fate. :-) And good luck with your T4's.

Thanks for the information about the blaster. In that case, I probably won't beat Zephyre even with a second blaster, but I'll still give it a try if one becomes available. He just wipes me out as soon as the curse activates because I don't have the defense to stop him, and I certainly don't have any serious attack. Oh well, if nothing else, there will be new throwback challengers eventually. I might just have to try to beat Turret with Gulp. She is a T4 now.

I hate that stupid curse. Especially since I was so proud of finally having at least a semi-decent weapon set. :-)

Haha I learned after the first time. Thanks! I just got the 8th win, I may wait until his stats are little higher to finish him off since I still have other hard opponents he can max out now.

I'm not battling with Oranos now so I could lend you the blaster if you like? I definitely relied on scrolls to beat him with Oranos. I'm not even sure if the weapons I was using were the right ones for him, but I chose them because they hit hard and healed.

I think you can beat the turret with your T4 as long as you can equip some scrolls. My T4 set is nothing special, except for maybe the minotaur knocker. However, I am also using RV, STS, and the aftershocks scroll. The ultimatag is good against him

[edit] Ah sorry I just realized I can't lend my tablets because I use them for Verdugo's BQs e.e;

Zephyre is soooooo frustrating ... actually wasn't too bad all things considered. Tos only has 18 losses against him. The fifth win, she finally blasted both of the gigaton bombs before the curse went off (sigh - I really hate that curse). Guess I'll see if Tharg (T8) even has a remote chance of winning before I return the borrowed second blaster - (thank you !).

Tharg needed 26 losses and 1 very frustrating tie to get to 5 wins on Zephyre. And Gulp needed 3 losses and 2 ties (plus a change in weapons and some extra Parched Tear Crystals) to get to 5 wins on Turret. You are all serious when you tell me that persistence pays in the Battle Coliseum. It may be taking a while, but I'm learning. :-)
