Thank you! My main battle pet is still T6, so I have a little bit to go. But now I have more to look forward to, and more motivation to keep training and battling :)

Had some good luck of my own - it's finally official - Tos is now Tier 9! And right after she trained that last hard earned point, I got [two] Oracle quests that same day - 6 strength and 5 speed - guess the Oracle just wanted to give her a boost on the long road to Tier 10 :-)

I actually forgot it protected against stealing. I just "use" them as steal fodder LOL

Thanks! We'll see. My main goal for him is to get him ready to face nightlady in October so MAYBE JUST MAYBE I can get at least one shriek scroll from her. He will definitely be ahead of schedule if he is T9 in June so I may favor getting Verdugo closer to T13 in the short term.

- sounds like a plan to me. Hmmmm - Nightlady. MrCool suggests T9 to low T10 pets can defeat her. I have the pet, but I don't have any of the weapons he suggests. Guess I'll just have to wait for October and see how Tos does. (And maybe I need to get a bit more serious about those battle quests - or start doing Major Drills :-) ) Here's hoping you get NIghtlady to drop one of those elusive shrieks when she visits.

T10 will definitely make beating her a lot easier. I have a lot better weapons for T10 but I'm hoping I can get at least 5 wins at T9. I'll probably use any one of these plus one of my weapons with heal: Comet Flash, Charged Tower Shield, Malerias Short Sword, malice, or Maliss Cannon. I will probably battle her with Verdugo last in the hopes that she will at least drop him something if my second pet can't get any in 5 wins.

- I have limited high tier weapons and probably won't buy much that isn't good all the way to T13. I promised myself long ago not to buy weapons for every tier as I went. Of course, now with other battle pets coming up behind Tos,, I guess I should rethink that some. Not sure I'm ever really going to be much of an event battler - too much repetitive clicking for my wrists and way too boring for my brain. And I don't have all those myriad cash shop and expensive item opponents to fight so I need to see how things go with Tos and make some new personal rules/goals. The seasonal and throwback challengers have been keeping me plenty busy for now.

Oh I would definitely buy what you can for your main pet as he goes up in tier. You can hold off on the super pricey stuff until you hit T11, but you will want decent equipment for the lower tiers to beat as many challengers as you can. They won't go to waste either if you have multiple battle pets at lower tiers.

- wow 22 battle pets! You must spend a lot of time managing and training them. I thought I was doing well just managing three. :-) Congratulations on the newest addition to your battle family. By the way, how are you doing on your quest to get back to the golf course? Hope all is going well.

- well so far I have made a few purchases as Tos has grown. I did get a Phoenix Quill early on, and recently invested in a Large Gutting Knife (I desperately needed to upgrade my healer). And buying a Deluxe Death Shard from Blackheart Hollow was also a great help. And it sounds like I should start using the Recycle Blaster I own for some reason. At least I can no longer call my weapon set wimpy :-)

Congrats on the 22nd battle pet, just started with my 29th at the start of this month and looking for at least 3 more before the year ends, lol, I'm hopelessly battling. XD

It's not that tough to keep them all in training. My 1st 14 pets train every 10 hours or more. I saw my doctor Wednesday. If it was just my ACL, I would be back walking now. The place where I tore my meniscus is just above where it attaches to the bone, so it had to be reattached. Because of that part I will be completely on crutches for another week, and then I have to use them while walking for another week. I'm not sure what that will do to my golfing timeline but it can't be good :(
