I got Moon because I really like Lunala, but I want the Sun version of Lycanroc. I've got a Rockruff that's ready to evolve, so would anyone with Sun version be willing to evolve him for me? I'll send him with a rare candy to make it easy.

At least Lunala looks better. But Solageo would be better for how I like to battle...

Right now I need to beat the Kahuna of Akala Island (second island). Of course they use a type that about half my trained team is weak against, and Greninja will, of course, NOT listen to me because I don't have the second Kahuna stamp.

I'm somewhat tempted to go catch another Yungoos so I can pet it in Refresh (the one I have evolved). Yungoos's happy dance is just TOO DAMN CUTE

I got both -is currently soft Reseting for a Shiny Type:Null in Moon, and just got my starter in Sun-

Yikes, how long will it take do you think, for a shiny Null?

i got Moon!! i don't regret it but i pre-ordered it from amazon along with 2 copies of Sun for friends who wanted to use my Prime benefits and then on release day, since they weren't in the same order, both Sun copies arrived that same day (even though i didn't pay extra and also i bought my copy of Moon first) & had to wait an entire week for my game to arrive bc of delays... but... it's here & i'm alive & i love it so YEA. HAVING A GOOD TIME!!!

i was dead set on moon until i learned that vulpix and lycanroc's midday form were exclusive to sun. the time difference actually sounded pretty cool to me, so it wasn't really a factor, but in the end i went with sun and my friend went with moon so we can trade.

I shamelessly got Moon; no regrets. I have friends and a sibling that'll help me get the things I want. Not too sure as to why there are four of one UB at the moment, since thats where I'm at.

Slight update: After tomarrow or after this week depending on things, if I still haven't gotten a shiny Type: Null, I'll probably end my soft Reseting for it. I have a cousin betting me for a battle and never got a chance on thanksgiving so I promised him xmas I will so I'll have to stop before then to avoid another guilt trip.

I got moon when it was released c: It's kind of ironic actually, since I'm almost always up super late, most of my game has been set in day time xP

whats this pokemon people keep talking about under the moon light...

I got Pokemon Moon on the release day but I'm just now playing it today. I had put an hour into it but for whatever reason my DS thought that the game cartridge had been removed when it hadn't. It shut off and none of my progress saved so I had to restart, omg. I just got back to where I left off actually.

I should also add that I'm learning things I didn't know about (didn't really do any research) like WHAT Ninetales is exclusive to Sun?? D: I'm disappointed. I also didn't know about the time difference, but I'm not really bothered by that. I also didn't realize that a Sun/Moon package was offered and I honestly would've gotten that had I known before I preordered Moon.

I'd much rather have the Sun Lycanroc now that it's been brought to my attention, but oh well. I picked Moon because I like night time stuff and was partial to Lunala. I was debating on getting Sun for my fiance as part of his Christmas gift buuut I don't think he'd play it often and I'm kind of torn.

I've been hearing you can actually catch the opposite Lycanroc later in the game, but I'm not at that point yet so I can't verify. Also myself or someone else with Sun could just evolve your Lycanroc for you. I'm starting to wish I had gotten Moon, I play much more at night and Lunala is really pretty.

I'm happy with my Moon purchase, I just wish I could've had some of the Sun exclusives! I would've thought vice versa if I got Sun, though. I am barely into the game; I don't even have a Rockruff yet! Either I haven't found it or I haven't gotten to the part where you get one, whichever. Thanks for the offer though; I'll definitely keep that in mind! But I do agree, I play more often at night so it ends up working out for me.

I got Moon. It has the less interesting exclusives imo and it has my least favorite Pokemon ever as well (Vullaby...just go away, thank you.) but I like the daytime change in it and I can get the Sun exclusives from so it's all good.

i went with sun! personally i like the version-exclusives better, and my sister already got moon. we usually get the opposite version so we can trade :3

I got sun, since Vulpix is one of my favorite pokemon.

-falls over- and I just got my first shiny in gen 7 in Sun while hunting for driftloon.

I got Moon! ^^ I like that in the game it is night time when it is day time while I am playing. xD.

My friends have Moon too though. Does not help me trading for version exclusives. D: Vulpixxxxxxx.
