from what I understand, the time credited gets reset because it's set to renew on a certain day, so anyone with a subscription didn't really get any extra time. I may have misunderstood too since I haven't had a subscription so I don't quite understand things, but that's what I think is going on :x

If you go to your User Dashboard, it should have your Gold Account Info there.

It shows the day the GA activated (in 2015), but I ignored that because I was looking for when the subscription would renew. But you're right, it should basically be that date but in the current year. Thanks!

Mine says the date it was bought on (in 2013) and also the date it expires.

I thought the issue was that the subscription cancelled out your expiry if there has been time added.

Like it looks like my subscription (one-year GA) will renew around November 29, but I have over 2 months left on my current GA. From what I understood, when the subscription renews, I'd have 12 months of GA time instead of 12 plus whatever was actually left.

I could be completely misunderstanding what the problem is though (it really feels like I'm missing something here so I apologize for being brain-dead).

Yes, it is all a bit confusing to me too. I was just trying to help you find where you could see info about your subscription. I just filed a ticket for the 14 days we are suppose to get so I will wait and see what happens.

I think it might be handy info to have on the actual subscription page - like how it shows you which plan you're currently signed up for, maybe it could say "next renewal date is ___" as well.

YES! That would be very helpful. Because on my dashboard it says... expires in 1 month. LOL, but that still doesn't say the date.

iam not sure what to do no one has said any thing when i asked i have canceled mine and i have had a year subscription .... this is the info i have Gold Account Info Bought on Aug 26, 2013 Expires in 1 month, 3 weeks, 4 days

Just an FYI that the coding solution is not yet up and running (the one that will automatically compensate for any balance of time left in your active GA once your subscription renews).

I put a ticket in as my renewal date was approaching and was told to cancel my subscription and re-subscribe once the extra time had finished. Which is probably my least preferred solution, but what can you do?

So make sure to still keep track of this yourself if you don't want to lose anything.
