I am currently in the process of planning a four month trip from the beginning of March, leaving poor as the sole host over an extended period of time. These challenges do take time and effort to run - especially with how they have continued to grow and grow, which we love - so we need another member of staff to work alongside us to make things work! I typically set aside an hour to draw raffle winners and distribute prizes, and significantly less time for weeks where I'm setting a challenge. While the primary responsibility will be running Stimulate challenges, there are also secondary responsibilities including day-to-day maintenance of Style File, like reports and name changes, and the potential to run your own unique contests for the site, like previous events Winder Wanderlust and Simulate Their Style.

The key requirement - above all else - is reliability. While we do occasionally swap responsibilities (usually because I'm on holiday whoops) we need someone who will be able to cover these challenges in rotation with without hesitation. We draw the weekly raffle on Wednesday, typically early afternoon Subeta time, and would like to continue with a similar time frame. And don't worry, prizes will be covered!

CHALLENGE 73: Make an avatar using the Undead Fashionista Hair Piece! Soon the season of love is gonna be upon us... Survival of course! Get ready to give kisses to anyone (infection or not), get some sugary hearts in the process, and support Skitters underground shop. Since we here at Stimulate are all about spreading love, let's start early with a nice!... eh... hair.... piece? I guess...? But don't worry, if you are not a fan of the shaved style, you can always rely on the hair salon to get that full weave.

This week's challenge saw 63 entries tackle this tangled lock of fabulous fringe. This was a challenge that demanded some creativity and I'm impressed by the way many of you have seamlessly integrated it with their styles, with some great uses of contrast too!
