it's dumb because it's not even like.. consistent in the same browser. hit it the first time he tried but not the second, for instance.
but basically what happened is that for some reason sometimes some of the tiles were getting positioned at like 300.0001593px instead of just 300px. which then made the position checking that figured what tiles were where malfunction. so bizarre that it'd even do that in the first place, though.
and so many people tested this game over the past few weeks and it didn't get caught at all before today. at least i was able to reproduce it fairly quickly to figure out what was happening!
the most unfortunate part is since the problem is in the javascript and not the php, that anyone working on the puzzle (or with the page open) before the fix was pushed will not be benefitted by the fix. :/

Thank you! I think I'm totally not thinking straight right now, lol, blame it on the drugs. :D I'm currently dealing with a bout of Hydrocephalus, so these puzzles are so hard for me. I totally forgot that there was a plot thread, and that we'd be able to help each other. Yesterday's puzzle was WAY too complicated and I gave up before it hurt my head too much!

I think there might be a few people on my team (Steele that is :D) that MIGHT still be having issues...but the posts could be a wee bit 'old' (well, not really old...)

I just tried and double checked it to the post and I think it matches but my eyes are going a bit cross looking at this for so long. I've resubmitted three times, one was after the fix was pushed through - without luck. I took a screenshot... should I put in a ticket?
Put the solution in again and it worked for me this time! :D
send me the screenshot and I'll take a look at it, if it is correct then Grace has some more work to do :x

if anyone is still encountering an issue, make sure you refresh first before trying to submit again. if you still have the page open from before the fix, the fix won't appear
I had that same issue with safari the first time I tried submitting, but then it worked when I submitted everything correctly alternating the next time around. And I'm using Safari, myself so it might not necessarily be a browser issue.

Took me 20 painstaking minutes to precisely place the pieces where they belonged. Checked and rechecked. Knew it was all in the right places. Clicked and BZZZZZZZZZzzzzzz wrong!! This is poop! LOL My shows come on at 8pm...so Im not bothering to do this but once more. Then I need to chill. Anyone have another screenshot in case that last one was wrong? Thank you.

Here's my solution. I think the red boxes I drew after the fact are right, but anyway, I can confirm this configuration worked for me, but I had to resubmit in Chrome due to bugs.

I've tried 4 times on Chrome. Still saying it's not correct. I made sure each time that everything lined up. :(
refreshed twice just to be sure, and then had my boyfriend make sure the tiles were in the right spot. the solution worked for me in chrome! Thank you! Very quick to fix it

wow did it - after switching to my pc... that puzzle is NOT smart phone friendly (flipping the pieces)
It told me to go to the iron door. Where is that again???

How long will each temple room step be available? I'm out of town right now and only have my phone for internet; I'd hate to miss out on the second puzzle just because I can't rotate the pieces on my phone.
- don't know how long the puzzle will be available - we're supposed to get a new one each day (regular 24 hour day now) but you might still be able to do old ones to catch up. The puzzle pieces all have little circle rotate things in their corners that you click on to rotate - have you tried that on your phone? If not, maybe, you can still work while you're away. Hope you get a chance at this puzzle.
