If you tried the same combination and you have the same puzzle, maybe there is a glitch? Try contacting the helpdesk?

I've tried 4 times now. I solved it easily but it still won't take my answers.

Also solved it but it's not working. I've tried submitting twice and even redid the puzzle. Must be a bug. I'll wait to see what others say after submitting a report.

Maybe relog and see if it resolves? Also, I use chrome...it could be a browser issue.

I am having the same exact issue, I solved it once on my own. I am trying a new/different approach (if ther is a second way to solve it?), so we'll see.

I got to the same solution as you independently, also using Chrome. I've submitted twice then redid the entire puzzle and resubmitted, no go. Then relogged and submitted again with no results. :c

Must be some other factor at work.

Hmm, I've got the same issue. I came in here to see if maybe I made a mistake or was trying the wrong thing, but I'm quite positive I had it right. Tried twice. Also using chrome, I'll try another browser, just in case.

I'm on Firefox but I've submit the (seemingly) correct puzzle 3 times and it keeps restarting it :(

i logged out of firefox then logged in on chrome (technically chromium, but same difference) and it worked on my first attempt :/ i don't know what to think anymore. someone should definitely ask an admin about this, though.

They probably just got stuck behind other pieces. I had that happen to me a few times. They show up again if you move the pieces around and find them.

It is kind of annoying though.
