And I totally still rely on the bday cake icon, so if any of my friends don't have that turned on I am never going to remember, even if they tell me. I am terrible at remembering most things (except, of course, for the truly unimportant).

And in plot related news: I am officially home from work! Last night after the reset I got all but 60 quests done, and I'm now embarking to do the rest. (:

No problem! I had discovered it last year and it was SO helpful during the holidays. You can even check off who you sent things. They did the lumi trees differently last year so you could see (theoretically) what you gave people, but it is definitely still hard to keep track of who you gave things after a while.

Eventually I'll try to get a list of birthdays going. It's almost impossible to keep track of everyone.

And yay for being home! I don't know if I'll be able to finish all my quests today. I've had a wicked headache all day so I'm trying to wrap up early at work so I can go home and take a nap in a dark room lol

Aww! And yes, paint smells/other things are not good for itty-lungs! We recently rescued a budgie that was down at a elementary school that is down the street for us -- we thought he was lost but nobody claimed him, so yeah. I told my mom he can be hers because I also have a Nanday Conure along with Kijani. I'm known as the "bird girl" around the house and Bird is my nickname -- I'm surprised it isn't my UN!

Hehe thanks! I want to get another Lain on here to do my other bird, but always forget to adopt one on her actual rescue day. :P

Where were you? I can't think of many places that are that far outside of internet range! I don't know if I could manage without the internet, much less my phone, I'm so reliant on it now.

Oh good, I wondered! Okay, yay, that helps! I'm glad our boost is actually boosting instead of just Wesley standing around looking absurdly competent and hot.

We lost a bird when I was younger due to DIY and ever since then I have been super diligent about keeping their tiny lungs okay, was so upsetting!

Our last bird was a rescue! He was actually my first one that I haven't had since he was a baby so it was really interesting. He was found loose in the city and was almost dead when he was found as he was badly infected with mites.. I think the theory was he got really sick and the owners shoved him out the window to die :( And then he spent 6 months at the shelter because he was scarred around his eyes and part of his cere was missing. But we took him and I hope we gave him a great life.. he was always talking and seemed very happy! Will definitely try the shelter once we settle into a new home, though the wait is killing me !

I think at least the GA should help speed up the training! Of course, you need to remember the training in the first place...

Hi everyone, I'm finally home and ready to do some questing. I wasn't able to complete a lot of quests last night as I was just too tired and had to get up early, but I'll be tackling the them for the next hour. It's really cool to see that we have such a great lead already. Way to go team! You've been working hard!

I haven't read back very far, but a lot of people seem to be talking about friending. Just want to say that anyone is more than welcome to add me as a friend. And , I had no idea that feature existed! That will be so, so helpful. Thanks for mentioning it!

I was in the English countryside x___x Though some places were nice.. stayed in a converted barn on a farm so there were sheep everywhere and chickens that I tried not to run over with my car every morning!

yes! Though with one pet I only get a training session in like.. 1.5 times a day so it doesn't help much with that.. LOL

At least I think there will still be opportunities for us to catch up if we get lots of good weather. When that was happening on the last leg, we were able to catch up by a few percentage points similar to having a speed boost active. So if we do our best, we might be able to pull it off this time.

Especially if Saggi gets pounded by bad weather.

^_^ I'm totally up to be friends with anyone, too! I love you all and I'm very impressed with our team, you've made the winning joyful, and the losing not so bad <3 It's been a great journey with you all so far and I know it's going to be awesome all the way 'til the end.
