I wish the pylonics could be equipped more than one at a time too. So tedious! Even if they were still only available once per battle, but we could have more than one equipped to avoid the constant clicking, it would be amazing. lol

Exactly. It would be like one of those pet water dispensers: you still only get so much at one time, you just need to refill it less often. :P

Does anyone know if the temple guardian will go past the six hours? Staff said in the original news post that the last two would "last as long as they last" or something to that effect, but the second one was also adjusted wasn't it, so that it was gone by the six hour mark? I'm just wondering if they're going to leave this one as is - since it's really going down really slowly - or if toward the end of the six hours the HP is suddenly going to start going down super fast.

I have some stuff that I have to do, that is going to keep me away for a couple of hours at least and I'd still like to get some battling in but am worried that I'll come back to see the guardian defeated already because staff adjusted how fast the HP disappeared.

They're going to adjust this one by the same amount they adjusted the first. Both of them started out at 600mill, so it'll probably see a rapid decline around 3:45pm subeta time.

they didn't adjust the temple guardian's HP; the guardian's going to last however long it takes the site to beat it, which might be a while

They'll probably cut it off like the others, so they can say that everyone got an equal chance. We also need to finish what's left of the plot.

Yeah, I think they'll cut it off, if only to be fair to the folks who fought the others and can't get on right now.

They slashed the first guardian's HP, so they had to slash the second, and they will slash this one as well to try and keep the times roughly even because of the way they're distributing top-in-tier prizes. If it were cumulative, it wouldn't matter how long each boss lasted, but because top-in-tier is given out for one pets highest damage on one boss, they have to adjust the HP to the same level at the end. I think the first boss ended up having like 250-300mil HP. I don't know if the HP had even reached half before it was DRASTICALLY cut. We've cut down about 100 mil HP so far on the current boss, so by the time we get close to 4pm, they'll probably slash the HP again and then we'll see how long it lasts after. I would guess that it would last about 6 hours as well. The round really didn't start until around 10:20 because the first release of the boss was glitched.

Rah just answered my question in the news so yeah, definitely going to manually be dropping the HP at 3:45 subeta time. At least I've surpassed the number of battles with the temple guardian that I had with the first guardian. I'll try and finish off my remaining pylonics and just hope for the best. lol

I have a hard time finding fun in this endless battle... as my strongest pet is only tier 3, I find myself spending more time healing than battling for a mere 200 hit points once on 4-5 tries... It is getting dull (as my enthusiasm) pretty quickly. I know I must keep going at it to have better results in the end and maybe more adventuring points, but I can't seem to be interessed. I don't want to spend a fortune on pylonics just to land half a hit more.

Anybody as advices to make this worth going on?

So I know that the prizes are going be given out tier based, but what exactly does that mean? Is one person per tier gets the top tier prize, or is it a certain amount damage that you have to hit in whatever tier grouping you're in before you all get the prizes?

I just hit my 50th fight with the temple guardian, I'd say I averaged 600 per which would put me at approximately 30,000 damage. I'd love to know if that is enough for the tier prizes, if that is how it works, because damn this is exhausting and expensive and I'll be SO pissed if I miss the tier prizes by like 3000 points or something. :P

I had a massive ton of fun with the track-and-camp part, I loved the quests for NPC bonuses and the puzzles were great... I'm just sad to feel disapointed for this last obstacle :(

I'm sure there's a lot of people enjoying this part as well, but it just isn't my stuff. I don't want to be a downer here, this whole event is GREAT, I love it, really. Just, maybe not having the impression I'm poking a stone wall with a fake sword... :P
