I had no idea the BBC TV show existed until people kept referring to it and asking if I was a fan because of my username. I think it wasn't until just before season 3 came out that I finally ended up watching the series. I changed my username to Sherlock because my sister was in a 'no shit, Sherlock' phase, so she said it a lot in response to anything I said. Plus I enjoyed the books when I was younger, so I started re-reading them as well.

I got into Sherlock (and Doctor Who, and In The Flesh, and Orphan Black and pretty much most of my other favorite shows) because of Tumblr.

Haha, I've haven't seen any of those shows. I've been meaning to watch Doctor Who, but there are quite a few seasons and I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Start with season 1 of the New Who episodes...Some people skip that season for some reason, but it sets up the series.

- yes, the progress bar is back, but we are still in camp and, so far as we know, expected to stay there for awhile. We did get to camp very early yesterday (Subeta time) so I'm not sure exactly when we will leave today, but I think the current progress bar is just some glitch (possibly related to the 5xx errors?)

- usually we spend a full 24 hours in camp, but we got there early yesterday, so I'm just not sure if we will stay all the way to 6 PM Subeta time. I guess we'll all just have to watch the news for something from Elwood about his surprise.

Okay - that ping did seem to work. I've been told that with names with underscores, the ping goes to the name before the underscore (so yours would go to Steven, if we have one, not to you). In any case, the other night when you posted about Team Gold's 30 minute energy stoppage, it wouldn't let me ping you at all (I tried a few different edits) and, in fact, the post showed up with a ping to another user (not even Steven a totally different name), even though "Edit Post" verified that your name was what I had entered.
