Also if you guys want, you can try to get some quests done early in case they reset again for the next challenge (if it ends up being questing again).

That way you can get some bonus sP, just in case. I don't know for sure if it will be the same type of challenge though.

If it is questing again, that will favor us way too much. The only way Team Gold would win that is if the staff helped them out. Our team has many more active players with GAs and more people in a favorable time zone for an event like that.

It does seem like Team Blake might be favored to win by the staff in terms of the way the plot is developing so far. We'll see though. It would nice to be on the "winning" side again haha

Yeah that's true, that's why I'm not sure if it would be questing again. So far everything has been pretty even though, so I don't know.

I'm not sure if we're favored to win, but us having more active players even though they have more players isn't necessarily staff's fault either. Just because of the way the rewards were listed, people on this team are those who can probably afford to sacrifice some things for our victory, if more sP didn't appeal to them as much.

I think my thinking is more like they screwed up during the first Islander plot since they didn't expect people to go for pirates. And Matlal definitely is the more responsible and respectable of the brothers.

And Saggi is just a pompous pain in the ass who pays well. Blake pays very little, but he's upfront about it and offers adventure and experience in return. It's basically Subeta's version of lawful evil vs. chaotic good lol

Hmm, I suppose so. That is part of why I'm glad I chose this team anyway, because I like the characters and their stance on the whole thing. Of course we didn't know all of that beforehand, but even with just Blake vs Saggi I do prefer Blake.

Also I know some people have theorized that the next challenge may be something like fragging the most items, in which case Gold has a decent chance if they can get some people to dumb their hoards again like with the donation drives.

True. That would suck though. I love Elwood. I guess it all depends on what they're looking to dump. I'm still bitter all currencies are no longer fraggable. I had THOUSANDS of candy hearts that I was in the process of fragging when that came out.

Perhaps it is a good idea to go and buy a shit ton of supplies from spells galore since those are decently fraggable.

Yeah, currencies used to be so easy to dump into that. Oh well ~

And we don't know for sure if it's going to be Elwood yet, but I haven't seen that any other NPC is redirecting to the trail other than him so...

I don't know if Elwood worked before. I'll check a few other NPCs though
