- the button doesn't do much of anything really. it's just there to refresh the page if more obstacles come around.

Is there anything we actually can do besides just sit around and refresh all day? If not than this plot is already proving to be extremely disappointing. :(

not sure. i don't know if anyone else is too sure lol. pretty much all we can do for right now is refresh and collect food until the next obstacle appears.

it's time based and a team effort. we need to play the food game to progress our caravan and hopefully run into more "obstacles" until we reach the end of the line and get to camp.

so it's kinda a slow going trek to the volcano.

Thanks for your help! Hopefully this plot will improve once we all make it through this exploration step, but so far the first step is proving to be a major disappointment. Clicking and refreshing is not exactly my idea of a plot! Wow! That's a major disappointment! Looks like something an obstacle finally appeared though now I'm even more confused about things. :(

If anyone's curious about both teams' progress, they can check out the source code (ctrl+U, dunno the mac equivalent) and search "progress-bar" (ctrl+f then type it in). That'll show you the hunger and energy level for your team. Right above that is the caravan progress for both teams. Right now Blake is at 7.6% and Saggi is at 13.05%

What the hell. Wind? How is that fair? There's nothing we can do about it. Calling bullshit on that one.

Team Saggi is getting hit by a monsoon apparently, but how the heck are we so far behind now? :(

I'm sure team gold will get the wind sometime as well.

If I had to guess, we got knocked back but can continue at our regular pace, while they're slowed down.

Does anyone have an idea about how to over come this particular obstacle? Since it's related to the wind, I'm wondering what sort of actions on the site will fix this so we can progress or if it will just refresh itself after a bit of time.

Friggin' weather...I'd rather have dysentery instead.
