Personally I like the idea of alert of one the widgets. But more so a alert since that helps me more to remember

Would also like an alert for the Bathhouse, find it odd that it doesn't already have one, widget or otherwise, not fussed, just want one.

Second the forum alert ping. That's what I used before I put it on my dailies list and now no alert/ping needed!

I don't really see the point in having an alert to this? For comparison's sake, it's the same with Shinwa's quests - you don't need an alert as long as you do it sometime in the span of 24 hours.

You can easily add the notepad widget, add a spoiler tag, title it "DAILIES" or something else that sticks out at you and bang - put all of your daily stuff in the spoiler tag. I do that with my quests, it saves so much time and space. Would have nothing against a dailies widget, but the spoiler tag is customizable. Dunno how easy it would be to make a customizable dailies widget when this does the same thing.

Do not support. You can bookmark the link to the pools (which is what I do with all my dailies - I have them as tabs in my browser bookmark bar), you can join the ping group, you can set your own alerts (via your calendar or notes)....having a site-wide alert just makes it way too easy. I like that you're rewarded for remembering to visit, not just because you happen to be online every day. Otherwise, staff may as well just hand out the prizes to everyone.

Things on Subeta are so easy to get; I just feel like putting in somewhat of an effort makes it more fun overall.

I don't really support this, there are high prizes at stake and if you want them you need to remember. You have multiple options for this apart from an alert though: Add the bathhouse as a bookmark, use the notepad widget and add a link to it there, join the ping group.

Don't really support this idea as if I remember correctly it was stated that the pools were to encourage us to participate and be proactive in the things we do here, setting up reminders seems a little too much hand holding.

That would be great.

Even if site reminders are too much hand holding, there is a ping group for reminding people to go to the bathhouse. So whilst the site doesn't remind you (yet) to go to the bathhouse other users shurely will. That being said, i wouldn't mind a widget or alert.

I don't think the intention was ever to 'challenge' the users, rather, give people an incentive to sign-on to the site every day. It seems weird that it's buried away where few will find them if they aren't aware of them. I definitely think they should be more visible.

does the bathhouse has been added to the new users tutorial? if not, I think it can be a start for a visibility of this certain feature that can make new users come back again to check the new prizes..

Haha yeah that's the big question! Obviously I support the widget & alert, but that might not help someone totally new to the site. I think it's quite hidden; even if you get there once, you might not be able to in the future.

Can you see what the retention rate is from it being on 'Check Out' on news vs now? Maybe it could go under Daily, above the Recycle Beast.

(honestly I wish there were texts links alongside our maps, because I think this confusion and difficulty to navigate masks a lot of cool features of the site. I get that you guys want them to be immersive, but something like the Main Shops page or Game Room would be beautiful underneath them)
