I hear you, I clench my teeth in my sleep bad if I'm stressed so I wake up with headaches sometimes...I get them when I'm dehydrated too...I didn't even realize that was a symptom of dehydration but someone pointed it out to me one time and now if I have one I try having some water first to see if it goes away when I do...sometimes it helps!
