I would expect to find Water Lily in the Floating Marketplace of Shengui Guo. Here's a picture of one I took:

I think Shadowglen would have things like Corpse Flower and rafflesia, black roses, rue, marigolds, lobelia... I'm looking at a wiki page of "plant symbolism," and picturing Shadowglen as this dark and broody place that wants to pack in all the depressing, dark symbolism they can in pretty much everything, including the flora. Asphodel, red dahlia... Overall, fairly pretty flowers, as long as you don't know their symbolism.

I will pick two areas, one is Shadowglen - I think black flowers and probably insect eating flowers would grow there.

I would expect to find a place with tons of dead trees and flower petals on the ground... something like:

I love cherry blossoms so I would go to the bathhouse and expect to find cherry blossoms. I also really love lillies and the best place I would like to find them in all colors and variations (pink, white, tiger, cappuccino, stargazer) is Peka Glade :D

maybe flowers like loosestrife/marsh bells for veta lake? since there's a lot of water! so i'm assuming there'd be flowers growing near the water edge ovo

I think Centropolis would have parkstrips full of flowers. I've always loved seeing little gardens like that scattered among shops and businesses... and one of my favorites to see are pansies! c:
