so my little Ash, one of my gerbils, had a little lump on his tummy (i noticed it AFTER i got home from the vet with the dog last wednesday), so i booked him in to get it removed today. they called me a couple of hours later to say that he was totally fine, that when they clipped his fur down and saw that it was more just like a little cut than a lump (which is what the other gerbils had had), so they didn't want to remove it since it'd likely cause more problems than it would solve. had to send Dad to pick him up because i was working during the pickup times. And they didn't charge me a thing! i was so surprised! i mean, they had to put him under anaesthetic to check it, and they clipped his toenails for me while he was under, but still charged nothing! I have the best vet practice! :D

- I'm bored with summer, but I know I'll be wishing it was summer after school starts. XD
