Not a win ping but this seems like a pretty good confirmation that the weapon changes after a certain number of wins (+1 for our theory). Pretty sure quite a few those 76 were us :) But looking at the number, there's probably been a ton of winning items not reported anywhere or people from here didn't post if they joined in on the group win.

Cranberry posted that on Thursday, so there's no confirmation that the weapon changes every so often. Actually, with her wording it appears it doesn't change until a person beat the troll 5 times

" There's no way I'm camping on this site 24/7 to try to catch an event the second it happens!" - she wouldn't have to camp out a whole week if the weapon changed at intervals o: Though there /is/ a chance that somebody out there found the weapon and just didn't tell anybody, but seeing as we're having such trouble ourselves I think nobody's found that one weapon yet

- I agree that it is likely every time someone gets to 5 wins, but there is no confirmation/denial that it's not every [time interval] AND every 5 wins.
I am definitely beginning to think that it's not just T1 and T2 weapons though, it seems as though we have tested those pretty extensively with no luck. I've got a couple T4 donation item weapons in my wardrobe I might pull out and test, I've also expanded my testing to everything else in my armoury, but no luck yet.

But the weapon changing after 5 wins (when the prize drops) is our main theory? The timing thing might be true (like KiaArra said there's no confirmation/denial, but the wording seems strong towards after some number of wins) but is also because so many people are trying to beat the troll that it might be resetting because they're winning so we should be checking periodically. It doesn't have to be every hour.

I think we should open up the upper tiers, you said you made a list of the cheaper ones?

We're testing tier 3s too now :) Half of those are doubled up already.

I am getting more and more frustrated that we aren't finding the right weapon though. Close to giving up.
