Sorry I have not been around as much. I've had a busy past week and my computer is still not working. It won't get past the restarting screen and when I just try logging on, the screen just stays black. :( I have backed up everything to my external hard drive. I might attempt to restore it next. I don't know. It's been a pain to not have my computer though. Luckily I at least have a tablet.

Anyone have any recommendations? I'm trying to decide if I want to try a Mac after only having PCs. They're just so pricy.

It's all rainy here today. We aren't having any company at all so it's just another day really. Kinda sucks because i miss seeing my family. I hope everyone has a great day.

Have a wonderful weekend and Easter celebration if you are having one. The weekend has been wonderful for us so far and we are going to our daughter's for dinner later. The only think that has tried to dampen the day is the sun refuses to come out, but I guess we can deal with that. 😃

Good afternoon all. I had a short night.. worked till 11:15 pm last night and had to work again this morning at 7:30am... Tired now but off till thursday.

thought so to.. So short night is no biggy for once. But darn i am tired. Going to the movies later on with my sister, i hope i can stay awake.

I haven't seen The Revenant myself, but from what my coworker tells me, it'd be a hard movie to fall asleep in no matter how tired you were :o Very intense.

@ Nicole Superhug for you! It is difficult to give you advice on your computer. Maybe just let someone check who knows what they are doing and then decide? If it is only one (not too expensive) part that needs replacement, that should be fine. But if it is a more complex repair it depends on how old your pc is and if it still meets your requirements. A new computer might break down also but at least you would have a warranty then. And if the repair was costly probably a new one would be better. On the other hand, if you or someone you know can do this stuff and get the needed replacement parts for little money, go for it! You see, difficult :-) Also, why a mac? They are very pricey pcs by now. There is not much advantage anymore unless you want to connect various multi-media devices like phone and tablet and player. I hear that this is easier with mac than with pc. Plus, depending on what you do with your pc, not all programmes are available in compatible versions.
