I wasn't seeing much of a difference, either. For my previous strain, I was still stuck on one stage for at least 24 hours. I hope this isn't going to be the case for this one.

Well, I reached the last stage of Crack Head today, a few minutes ago I looked like the entire skin and then it just disappeared without ever giving me the option to bite or any event notification. I do have the skin now in my wardrobe, it just looks like it simply skipped the last 'biting' stage.

4th strain? Is jealous!!! :-P

I'm on my third but I'm hoping it finishes before the holiday does so I can get a fourth :)

Not seeing faster progression. Current virus Stage 1 to Stage 2 took 16 hours.

Not seeing anything faster than usual? I started this strain on Wednesday at noon, it's now Friday evening, and I'm still on stage 2, so at least 24 hours per stage...

Even 12 hours a stage would be an improvement right now. :(

I lucked out! Of course, I'm pretty sure someone said that the new strains take less time to progress, count that with the progression update...so much so that I have a little less than 24 hours to get infected, and since I chose more popular older strain....this is great! I hope others have more time and can get a 4th...I really didn't think it was gonna be possible this year.

But this was still a frustrating Pandemic, and I hope next year's is gonna be a lot better. Hopefully.

I guess I was really lucky with my virus choices this year. I just got infected with my fourth strain, and managed to get in over 100 bites as well! Everything seemed to progress very smoothly for me. In fact, I almost wish I could have kept stage 4 of Doom-bloom a bit longer. What wonderful artwork on these new strains! No reason for frustration here! :)

Hopefully next year we will have more tiers for biting achievements to keep the incentive to chew on our neighbors high.
