yeah it's pretty awesome :P
transferring items from your old shop to your new shop now works on a page by page system
I'm not even sure how many people were planning to participate in the boycott day, but the number of users online doesn't seem much different from usual.
people say they will then they get curious or selfish and it ends up falling through.
Yeah, I noticed that too XD
Rip solidarity crew
Ultimately selfish motivations win out, especialy when most people don't think the cause will have any impact on the end result :p
I completely forgot. Oh wells.

Tbh since so many people aren't on I'm hoping to Rs some stuff like that gosh darn vanilla extract.
Well, I mean, their choice is a win/win for me. I don't have to cringe all day as I lurk on that thread and I can rs, so that's nice
Especially since they really are not having any impact on the end result. Everything in that thread has already been said and has been addressed. Some people just like to complain without actually listening to anything that's being said.
Hahaha yeah really. Good luck rsing!
Exactly :p I think a lot of it is straight up denial
Yeah, I feel like the only people complaining about it now just want it all to go back to how it was. But I think staff have done a decent job of addressing issues and listening to people's concerns.
I think they just don't want change. I was annoyed at first, but the staff has clarified everything for me, so I'm just going to wait and see what happens when the changes are implemented and we're out of beta testing.
muahahahahahahaha........ staff is on a roll today! i wonder what else is planned today to counter(read:antagonize) no login day people. keep them coming! i don't know staff has a sense of humor too.
from what i read on most of the lengthy complains, people just complain because they like to complain. they are pissed, so they complain. any explanation, fix or features added make no difference to their complain. in fact, they will complain on the nice thing staff try to push.
That's what it seems like to me too. But remaining how it is now just isn't practical, a galery is worthless if the site is constantly down from server errors.
I agree completely. And the site has been running so much better with the server changes, and I think the shop change will make things even better. I'm really looking forward to Vesnali now and seeing how all these improvements help the site run. Increased functionality benefits everyone, and it means that the staff can focus on doing more fun things instead of constantly putting bandaids on whatever server problem we're having this week because the shops are so demanding.
I've enjoyed seeing what they've been working on lately. The server change, the shop change, the new ticket system, eventually forums (again) I think. If everything goes smoothly, it should be very nice here
The staff has been so much more transparent about everything too. It's awesome. It's hard to get mad at them because they are posting on threads much more often and everyone is working their butts off to help with the shop change. Food Day/Week is a huge way to make it easier for people to use random hoarded items. It's really cool to see the direction the site is heading.
blood for the blood god
ahem
i'm thrilled with all of the things that are happening right now. i'm still going to sit on my 'legacy' hoard/shop for now, but i'm a bit more relieved that things are progressing...with somewhat smoothness at the very least.
They do post about things that I fee other sites just wouldn't do. If you read admin posts or are in my ping group, you don't miss out on much either. I enjoy it even though I don't do food here xD gives an aura of excitement
Agreed, I really like their transparency and willingness to take suggestions from the users to make this transition easier on everyone.
I just hope it doesn't take too long for them to be able to increase the limits. I also think it would be nice if they could update the vaults soon, I wouldn't mind keeping more items in there but right now it's kind of a pain.
