I never competed for restocking anywhere due to internet slowness - some things don't change!
But yeah, it was a group of us in a guild, we had weekly chats and ran contests and events. Then the rules got tighter and people got warned or frozen or just dropped out due to frustration.
Sad really.

I am pretty sure I have never gotten anything during keel hauliday (aside from during Carl quests) owing to my usual too-slow-to-restock issues.

the first few days I really go at it, I can usually get a few things per rs, but as the holiday goes on I get bored. I have a ton of junk in my vault from it just from me waiting until it is at a good price

I usually end up getting a few things from Carl's quests during it, but for the last one the shop was nearly always empty whenever I checked it.

You have to refresh there every few seconds in order to really catch everything. Last year there were so many new books and I was thankful I got them all. Adding things to carl was new two years ago. I had gotten some things worth 75m+ until carl came out. Man I was pissed :p

Maybe I'll try harder this year. At least you were able to get the stuff you wanted!

Yeah we'll have to see how next year goes :) I usually help my friends get some things too.

atebus shop is one of my restocking shop. so i have them hoarded for a while. but look at them now. overly inflated. hahaha. people are always overly excited for new stuff. there's always money to make from that :P hoarding is good.

I had most of the items for the Star Captain one in my hoard gallery, so I was able to quickly buy the few I still needed before they inflated. Luckily I was able to spend less than 20k on that, and it helped me get the achievement for 20k unique items anyway!

I have like half of the items for the red shirt one I think, but the ones I don't have were already expensive before the achievement came out. I still need two of the books though, and for the foods I probably have most of them in my shop to feed to my pet later.

The Atebus Shop has been getting some nice stuff lately though, like those space backgrounds and some other things.

yeah. that is nice. still, some items are scarce even before this. the flaw in shop stocking behavior.

did subeta went offline to you today? like a few hours ago.

I was sleeping a few hours ago, so I wouldn't know. But the servers have been having issues for the past few days, so it was probably related to that.

they went offline for me for more than one hour i think.

i wish they give us heads up when they need to do something that potentially can bring the server down. feel like walking on thin ice every time doing quest lately.
