Happening a lot the past few days.

lmao I hate the banner so much i hide it with css tbh. I would rather a toggle option where I don't have to see it WITHOUT using CSS tho.

My biggest problems with this is:

1. When I dismiss it, the focus doesn't go back to the page, and I can't do anything on the page (can't click links or anything), and have to refresh the page to do anything

2. I bought an item, but there was no confirmation that I bought one. In fact, it takes me to the Hustler's page where it asks me to buy again. So I thought the "Buy" button simply took you to the Hustler's page, so I clicked "buy" on that page. I ended up with 2 copied (luckily I was able to sell the dup). But it's not very intuitive..

Ugh this is annoying. I had the banner when it was first brought out then used the customcss to block it. As with many others seems it's back again. I probably wouldn't mind it if if wasn't changing so much really.

I wonder if this is related to what happened with the quest points issue and it just being certain users that had seemed to be getting points the old way for ages and no one really knew. Maybe something broke and this is another manifestation of that since in the beginning (and now) only users in group A were targeted.

For a long time I actually did NOT see the add but suddenly it is back. NOT HAPPY :Y

This is precisely why I start this topic and where I scared for.

This is indeed not intuitive and also not motivating to buy something again.

It's fine for everyone who likes this system and doesn't want too much pings from groups, but everybody who doesn't want get the banner all the time could be as best get the possibility to block the banner.

By me the hustler appears every day when I logged in. I'm really sorry for you and the other staff members to start this topic and I wish Subeta will earn more money on this site. It's still a great site, but I'll not buy something quicker. This way of commercial will really neither work by me personal, nor by many other users.

Yeah, I wasn't getting these banners for a long time too, but now I get like 4 or 5 a day. Kind of annoying. :/

I also actually like the banner. I find it very very helpful to decide quickly if I want an item. It's not intrusive at all for me, doesn't ever interfere with focus, navigation, or drop downs. .... I hadn't seen it for months, then the past what two weeks, I got it a LOT, now haven't seen it for a few days ? Not since whatever was after the august lipstick.

I agree it should be on widely viewed/frequented areas, like explore, your inventory, forums, etc, but NOT on pet pages or user profiles. Then it would be majorly intrusive. It could be useful as a toggled item, but default is on, because new players. So I hope I'm not in then out of the test group again, maybe it just hasn't changed ? I don't know. It's a feature I really like though and have used it.

Honestly, I don't see what's so annoying about it. It's not like the ads, which push the content of the site down lower. Hustler just chilling up there, trying to get you to buy his merchandise. Go about your business if you're not interested. It's not like he's shoving down the newspaper you're trying to read, he's just walking around in the background.

I see the Hustler appear multiple times a day for me. I don't have any CSC so sadly I can't purchase any of the items he shows me. I do like the way he presents the items though it makes me smile ^_^.

Another random event I see on a regular basis is the Bumbus Queen quests. Some quests are affordable and others are extremely expensive. Even when I turn it down the next day or two and there it is again. I don't want all my pets to be a Bumbus I like my pets the way they are now with the highest respect. I finally caved in and bought the quest items for her just to get the quest to leave me alone for awhile. Thank you kindly ^_^.

Hmm... It could be depand on different browsers, but I'm not sure. Some browsers ar so the hustler mey not appear over the whole toolbar. Unfortunately by some computers from many users it does.

That's the only differend thing I can imagine to understand.

I can life with the banner if it at least appears above my toolbar instead of it will appear over my toolbar.

Not only does it kill any menu options I hover over near the banner, what's with the price hike? I've seen items that were originally 100CSC priced up to 250.

I know we're a bit strapped for cash on site but I'm hardly going to invest in a site that works like... not even half the time.
