the colours for the salon are not working, when I click around on the colour bar nothing happens, nothing moves or changes. Really wanted to colour the wig i just redeemed :c

When I click the "add to avatar"-button, nothing happens. The animation tells me the button has been pushed, but the hair is not added to the avatar.

I also wish we could enter hex codes to choose colours; all I can do now is click around on the field, meaning I can't get the specific shades I'd like.

Okay, hair salon is still not working for me. I can't choose any colours... When I click on the colours, nothing happens, the bar doesn't move at all, it's just stuck. I want colours!!!!

I'm having the same issue with changing hair colour.

I am able to select a salon style, but once taken to the next page, the colour bar doesn't move whatsoever. I am also unable to paste a colour code into any of the boxes.

If I want a new hairstyle, then it might as well be the default brown colour, because it's impossible to select any other colour. :c

I'm using Chrome. I tried to disable my ad-block, but it didn't make any difference. I really hope this gets fixed soon!

11 days later, still having this issue. no hair salon styles load at all, everything is a broken image. chrome/windows 10.

The hair salon worked for me until yesterday; all I see are broken images when I try to select a hairstyle and the color. I'm using Chrome. EDIT: Just checked again and it works now.

The colour slider won't work at all for me. The hair loads however.

It would be really nice to be able to use the salon for my morostide avatar ;_; so sad.

Images load, preview loads, but salon hair will not apply to my avatar. >:

i know this is an old thread but i've never been able to get a salon hair to work for me in the entire time i've used subeta. i just bought a few cash shop salon styles and redeemed them, and was disappointed to realize that this bug is continuing to follow me around. i'm using chrome, on windows 7. i don't have any other browsers installed so i couldn't say if the bug persisted through those.

I want to try out my new bought hairs for the hair salon please ;-; It is again not working for me today!
