Computer OS: Mac OSX 10.10.5 Browser(s): Firefox How long you have been experiencing this issue: Noticed it today Consistency: Always occurring Specifically what you are experiencing: When I choose a hair style in the salon and it takes me to the page where I can choose the colours, the hair does not load in the preview and when I click the "Add to avatar" button it just loads a broken image icon in the corner of my avatar. The Capre hair that I bought and redeemed today is also not showing up in the grid where you choose the hairstyle (like the bald hairstyle, it's just a blank square). Steps used in attempts to resolve this glitch/bug: Cleared cache and cookies, hard refreshed, restarted brownser, disabled new browser addons. Steps used to re-create this glitch/bug: It happens every time, I cannot use any salon hair (the one my HA is currently wearing was put on a couple of days ago, before this glitch started).

Edit: Not sure if this is related, but I just saw that the shared outfit I saved earlier today of the outfit my HA is currently wearing is also now a broken image. It was showing up fine earlier today.

I got the same problem, only with the Delish Orn Hair, which worked fine yesterday but seems to be broken now. I also seem to be unable to change my hairstyle now.

It's started loading for me but now none of the colors are modifiable?

Mine is still just broken images. It started working properly for a little while a day or two ago, but then it stopped again.

I'm not having the bug described in the OP but I am having a problem with the salon hairs.

First of all, when I go to the salon area to choose the colors, the hair doesn't actually load all the way. It is partially chopped off on the bottom. I'm trying to use the so this is particularly problematic as I cannot even see what I'm doing, because it's chopped off on the bottom (right after the beads).

Also when I check the color streak boxes, they sometimes make my chopped off preview picture disappear completely.

Using firefox on windows 7.

The salon doesn't work at all on Chrome for me.

When I switch over to Firefox, I have the same issue as did, except with the Delish Tarius Elixir. Also, I can't input a specific hex code into the main hair color. But I can copy and paste a hex code for the highlights.

I'm using Windows 10.

I just tried the hair salon and the styles are not loading for me either.

It seems to be fixed, at least on my end.
