Aderyn looked away from the dresses as Beth spoke and she nodded.

"Have you seen any sort of a green gown? Nothing too heavy - light and gauzy, but long. I was thinking of going as Tinkerbell, but I'm too modest to wear anything too short."

"I am unsure what costume I will go with this time... but I do know I want to do an updo this time. Maybe one of you could help with that? Or maybe I should cut my hair," she says, fiddling with the ends of her long locks. "I've been considering it for a while."

Alice in Wonderland is the only muggle literature I actually like, so it seemed like a good choice, but I didn't know if it was a fairytale or not. "If you'd like my opinion, I think the second one is most like Tinkerbell... But the last one is really pretty too! You're going to have a wonderful costume with whatever you pick though."

Aderyn pulled a couple of dresses off of the rack to try on.

She glanced at the dress Harper pointed out and pursed her lips, thinking.

"It's a lovely dress, but I've never really work anything that short before. I think I'd have to find some matching stockings."

Adrien nodded and stood up from the table, stretching his back before extending his hand towards Magnus, "Pleasure to meet you, Magnus! And yeah, let's leave them to their thing, that butterbeer is calling our names." He said as he followed his new friend towards the refreshments.

"I could't help but over hear your conversation. That Luminaire fairy dress is very Tinkerbell, if you don't mind me saying so."

Aderyn smiled and turned as Lapis spoke.

"Thanks! The more opinions I get, the better!"

"Yes ma'am," he said to Gaia and hurried off with Adrien. At the table he grabbed some savoury items and a large draught of butterbeer. "Girls, eh? So er, name's Magnus as you know. I'm in Gryffindor oh and known werewolf..." He was a little nervous the that his new potential friend might not like the werewolf bit.

Listening as Magnus said a bit about himself, Adrien sipped from his butterbeer. "You're a werewolf?" He repeated, eyes widening. "I've never met a werewolf before, but there's nothing wrong with that, my friend." He flashed a wide grin. "As for me, you already know my name's Adrien. I'm in Ravenclaw and... hrm..." He scratched the back of his head, thinking of some kind of unique detail to tell his new friend. "I'm... from France? Not as interesting, but just a little about me." He smiled. "How're things in Gryffindor?"

"Yeah got attack when I was nine. Auror was following it and saved me life. Everyone 'ere's been dead nice about it and all. Even got adopted indirectly because o' my attack. Thought people'll not wanna be around me, which ya know, I can understand. Oh France eh? Did you consider Beauxbatons?" He was very curious what the other schools where like. "I'm from London as you can probly tell from me thick accent. Gryffindor's pretty nice. I got another detention last week cos I set off some stink bombs ta get out of Astronomy. I 'ate that class."

Harper went over to one of the full length mirrors and looked herself over in the mirror, scrunching her face.

"What do you guys think about me changing my hair color permanently? I'm thinking of going a bit darker... perhaps an auburn."

"Nah, mate, you're fine. I did consider it for a little bit, but I wanted to go where my mum and dad went to school. I do get to go in there during the holidays, though, my mum is the Potions mistress there." He took one of the snacks from the table and popped it into his mouth. "It's very nice in there, they keep it pristine and the Madame is wonderful, but hearing so many tales of Hogwarts... I couldn't resist! How's London? I've only ever been for Diagon, unfortunately." He chuckled at the story of the stink bombs, "That's awesome, I would've done it in Divination. I'm all for learning and as many classes as I can, but I can't stand that one."
