Um. My mother in law gave Alex and I an investment account, and I got a skirt and gift certificate from a haircut from her, which was nice.

And my mom got me $150 worth of purses, which I stretched into an awesome Calvin Klein, a dooney, and a dooney wallet that were on sale.

Those were my presents. So at least the ones I got were great!

I know everyone (including me!) is looking forward to applications opening, and I know it was supposed to be September.. but even with the new application process, I just don't have the time right now to keep up with that, OR to properly greet our newbees. I'm so sorry, but I want to make sure that they actually have the best first few weeks we can give them, and right now.. I can't do that :(

I think everyone understands completely. You've got a TON on your plate, before even factoring Unique stuff. You focus on what you need to do for yourself. <3

Don't sweat it too much hun! It would bee awesome to get some newbees but its such a busy time of year. I probably wouldn't have a ton of time either.
