ooooo what an incredible character design! haha yeah the wings may have to be a little simplified for sake of the 150x150 dimensions, but I'll do my best! and the animation is doable. as for the pose I'll play around with it. I was thinking he could be sitting like that, but leaning a little low toward the viewer a bit. like he's looking at you and is trying to examine what you are or what to do? Almost like this, but his face would be directly facing you: click. just an idea! I can go on your touhou.se for other refs so don't worry about that~

Want me to try out a static/glitch on the tv? I wouldn't know what else to put on it haha. Maybe a happy expression - then glitch - then quick flash of anger - then glitch and back to happy? What's their personality like? Since either of these animation suggestions are a bit more complex I'd charge 500 CSC extra~ Let me know if any of these sound good to ya ^u^

They actually don't have much of a personality! It's the overlay for my profile coding tutorial pet! O: I guess they would be helpful??? O: I HAVE AN IDEA, but I don't know how feasible it is for the size. Maybe just lines of binary/text that look as though they're scrolling up the screen? It's not super necessary to have the animations, though, so if that's not feasible for the size it's not needed!! 8)
