anyone test it out yet and know what is new about it? it looked boring when I briefly tested it.

Normal 9 wind, 17 dark blocks 5-8 earth

Below 30% HP? Maybe 40%? Not sure. For Aros, it was when he got below 4000HP-ish (out 12500). Same with Rahn (out of 11000). Maybe 40% if max HP at 10k? Idk.

15 wind, 22-26 dark block 17 earth

so I take it the new stuff is more hp thresholds? I don't really like that, I'm not a berzerker. I guess it depends what the higher tier weapons are like. but stuff like that is discouraging, I'd rather have something behave the same way the whole battle so I don't have to do math and think too much when selecting my weapons each turn

that happend to me too! it let me lose to him and it counted as a loss for me..

That's so weird cause I think it counted as 2 wins for me?? I'm pretty sure it was my third battle and then after winning my next battle it said 5 wins.

Wow. I was away over the weekend and missed both battles entirely. Was thinking there'd be a third wave rolling into Monday and... yeah. :P Oh well. Guess I'll have to wait another couple of years huh.

Haha weekends are never good for me, really. It was a friend's birthday last night and I wouldn't have been in a fit state to battle this morn. :P And I have to see the bf most weekends and I don't think he'd appreciate me being camped out at the comp for 6 hours. I scraped through with Kiyo, though, and hoped I could do the same here. I prefer weekdays so I can sneak in battles at work.

Yeah it was a good thing you didn't. My boyfriend was super pissed when I tried to camp out at my computer all last night e.e; Now that this whole thing is over it's all good.

Is it still possible to unlock hoarfrost?

Hoarfrost was available to fight in January of this year, if you unlocked him. Seems like it's only seasonal. Source
