yeah if we're being honest, i was kind of hoping for a revamp of the global boss system, the format as is leaves a lot to be desired

Yeah I mean as much as it kind of sucks, it's probably just to drag the battle out longer so more people have a chance. In addition to the second wave to come later.

I thought pulling crap like this wasn't going to happen anymore? Like just add more Hydras, I don't see why a boss battle needs to last 12 hours? Four 5 hour boss battles is like the same thing? I know the "don't play if you don't wanna" option is always there, but I don't think it's an unfair luxury to be able to figure out when a boss battle is going to start and estimate when it's going to end. For once I agree with kbbob. Users have lives and when something like this comes along like every 3 years, users should be able to have the ability to rearrange their schedule ahead of time to win these elusive prizes. If these happened more often I probs wouldn't be peeing myself right now honestly.

the fun part is the nap between waves

I'm sure it is, but it always feels like a slap in the face. "Oh, you think you're doing well? Lol no."

It kind of makes the health bar meaningless, honestly.
