- Badminton was my jam as a kid. I played in a league, as well as on the school team. I haven't played in a while though.

I'm not competitive anymore, but my old racquet is 6 years old already and has seen better days. I figured I deserved a little nicer one after all this time. My old one would still probably be good if it gets restrung. It's nice to have two though so I can always bring a friend to play.

I'm not sure if we've ever had a competitive league for Badminton nearby. I've never been able to find information for one :/ But I would have really enjoyed playing competitively. My friends and I are really competitive about it on our own and we just play for fun 😂

I'm going to finish up my quests and then head out to go grab some birthday gifts for my little sister. Hopefully the Hydragellos isn't early :P See you all later!

I'm glad they are doing the tiers and also the breaks. I think that worked better for everyone and more people got a chance to win stuff.

I still think I prefer the idea about making the hydra a souped-up impossible challenger in the same vein as meatslab/rouland, so we could earn our cores if we were strong enough instead of lucky enough...... but at least I'm conscious for the first wave. ¯(?)/¯

doubtful! :P I don't like global bosses just because they're too long, they encourage someone to sit there from start to finish battling, and they try to be friendly to time zones by making it last for a full day but it turns out to benefit the people who are just willing to stay up the whole time.

preaching to the choir, man. I've seen a few different ideas on how to rework boss fights and some of them sounded promising.. if I'm at a disadvantage it should be because of my stats/weapons, not how much spare time I have. :x
