Hmm...strange, does the same thing when Valtam (T10) uses it. The only stat Val and El share closest to for a stat would be intel (907 and 1764 respectively)

I don't think so...Valtam's got much lower Str than El, but both are still able to do the same. I'm really thinking it might be based on Intel.
