Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle is a solid cheap healer so is plague claw (which is basically free)

Unstable Syringe is a loot item, so you might be able to just win it? I would hesitate to pay 40mil for any loot item though. If you have the sP to spend its probably better than the Pretty Big Tooth

If you could win an Unstable Syringe MCAB + Syringe might be the best combo.

I am kinda surprised that I am saying this (since for a long time the logic that I followed was that combo legends were crap, since they didn't heal for 9+%), but because so many of the tier 10 items spread their icons so far apart, I would probably still be considering a combo Legend sentinel combo. MCABs effective icons against a lot of opponents would be crap.

My favorite t10 weapons:
Captured Eternal Flame Possessed Bow and what THESOVEREIGN said

is good and affordable - you can't win it until t12 is good if you can find one but $$$ so hope they start stocking again.

[edit] had a lot of use for me too but $$$ is good, in the MC you will eventually earn when you reach t13, but it's pretty good too.
