Best thing about this year was definitely a trip to Finland for my fave band' concert when I seriously thought I wouldn't be able to manage it. All worked out with the help from a lovely friend who got me onto Subeta too :) My first Lumi, happy to be here and gift others :D Thank you for thoughtful giveaway :)

Currently, it's that my first semester will be over in a week! Things are super tough right now, but next Thursday I'll be free!

This is really sweet of you :3 I have a cutie little chocolate labrador and every year in the winter she gets to sleep under her favorite blanket. It is just about the most adorable thing ever how excited she gets and how cozy she looks!

thanks :D It was great, September so it wasn't too cold and dark yet, Helsinki is beautiful and soothing city and the concert was a cherry on top :) I wasn't lucky enough to see northern lights tho, maybe next time. Already want to go back. Hopefully it'll be possible for you too someday :)

Hello happy lumi :D my favorite holiday memory is when I was 9 years old my dad bought me a easy bake oven even though he told me like every day I wasn't getting it. I remember I use to peek under the christmas tree and I would poke small little holes so I can see what I was getting lol. It is still my favorite gift of all time and if I was still young I would choose easy bake oven over everything :D!

the best thing about this year was getting to study abroad in italy earlier this year. i had the most amazing time :}

Well, one year on christmas, my Cat Cowboy (He was a kitten then..) Climbed into every single christmas bag I discarded after opening my presents, he would also climb our tree and pop out of it to swipe at you if you walked by. He loved Christmas so much; because it meant new toys, new food, and new places to hide and climb. OH and especially new things to chew!

Our new Kitty Pazuzu, tries to climb the tree, but shes too big and knocks it over.. Its really cute..

when my cat is asleep and I turn on a light or open a window he covers his face/eyes with his paws, just the way kids do when their parents turn on their bedroom lights. it's seriously the cutest thing in the entire world.

I really appreciate having had the chance to work in a university chem lab over the summer: that was definitely one of the most memorable moments of my entire career and I will bring those skills with me to college next year :P

thank you! italy is so beautiful. everything about it is just amazing: the scenery, the architecture, the art, and the food. it was so surreal seeing everything in person and not in pictures or on tv haha. hopefully you get to go one day :)

Hm... I guess, well- nothing in particular, but everything's just sort of looked up for me a lot this year. It's Christmas/Lumi again now, and wow I've come a long way since just last year. It's great, if sad, being able to look back in time and both envy the person you were and be infinitely glad you're not them any more.

On a lighter note... I went to comic-con and cosplayed this year!!! @ IT WAS SO FUN. THE FIRST TIME I EVER DID IT. I was so pleased!

- Woo, that is super nice of you :D I had a hard but excellent year. My husband, kids and I finally moved out of Alaska and hit the lower states. It's been great. :) We got a kitten a couple months ago and this is his first Christmas/Yule celebration and I'm excited. (I do Yule and my hubby does Christmas, so we do both as a family)
