I'm new to this, are we supposed to keep refreshing until she comes? I've been leaning on the F5 for 15 minutes and nothing. How long does it usually take???

It's random, so you might get a visit from her after 1 refresh or 100 or more. Just keep refreshing if you want to try and get something while it's more common during the rain.

I usually refresh on this page to make sure I don't miss out if I don't see the actual RE.

Hi; I just tried refreshing on your link and it says: Oh No! It's been too long since Tempest last called you! I had an RE a few days ago, received an old item which was fine, and that's it. I spent 45 mins refreshing at Centropolis and didn't get her. The hour has rolled over and it's still raining. I thought this was an hour thing?

The link will say that if it's been more than 10 minutes (I think) since the last time you got the RE. I just refresh on that page because if I'm refreshing too quickly somewhere else, I might miss the RE that has the link in it and then I won't get my prize. If you get an RE while refreshing on the link, it should just give you your prize on the next refresh.

Also I'm pretty sure the raining in every land lasts for 3 hours every Monday. Although you can still get the RE even when it's not raining, it's just more rare.

Tempest is a regular RE that we may het at anytime... the raining bit was added more recently, and all it does it higher the chances of getting her, for a 3 hours period, each Monday :)
