I spent way too much time thinking how to align the prizes in the first post, and still not happy about it. Oh well.

To be honest, it's been like two months since I got a Tempest RE, but I never sit and refresh constantly just for that. I would suggest restocking and questing everyday, since those involve refreshing and/or moving to a lot of different pages.

Missed the rain today because I was busy, but glad to know it wasn't at a super early hour. Also, backdrops. <3

Yeah you just randomly move around the site while it is raining. There is an increased chance of her RE happening during rain.

yeah i know that hehe, i am here for over a year now, was here before the monday thing, and weirdly since this, i see her way less often... so i thought perhaps people who got lucky had figured out some pattern or tip X3

I can't see rain anywhere but I just got a visit from Tempest and got one of the gorgous new backgrounds. Thrilled!

Tempest also appears as a random event but the odds are smaller when compared to a rainy location (except for Shadowglen rain, which isn't a Tempest rain) Congratulations! I hope I can get one too, they're gorgeous backdrops.
